Click Here to login to Player's Health to complete any outstanding Risk Management requirements. 

Once you have logged in, locate the RISK MGMT tab under your My Account View. If you have a current/active account with Player's Health through your Demosphere account, you will see a button to click and login directly to Player's Health.
